When you sign up for SpeculatingStocks Pulse (on the desktop website), there are four steps to sign up. At Step 2, you are asked for the type of stocks you are interested in by market cap interest as well as stocks that you would like to follow. At Step 3, you are asked for SpeculatingStocks Pages (SpecStream Components) that you’d like to follow. At Step 4, you are asked for the users that you’d like to follow. This information can be changed once you sign up within the SpeculatingStocks Pulse “Settings” page as discussed above. Registering users have the option to opt-in (their email submitted during sign up) to our SpeculatingStocks Stock Alerts Newsletter / SpeculatingStocks Email Newsletter during registration via the checkbox with the associated text: "I would like to subscribe to the SpeculatingStocks Email Newsletter list."

When you use, you may create your settings (creating “My Pulse Home.”), send messages to other Pulse users, form relationships, perform searches, follow others, have others follow you, follow stocks, follow SpecStream Components, place 'buy' and 'sell' sentiment on stocks / “pulses” / SpecStream components, and transmit information through a variety of channels. Others within SpeculatingStocks Pulse may be alerted to this activity. We enable these services and collect information so that we can offer personalized features.

When you sign up, you are given a “My Public SpeculatingStocks Pulse Link,” which you can find at the top right of “My SpeculatingStocks Pulse Profile” found at This is the link that you can share with others so that they can see your Pulse Page. Your “My Public SpeculatingStocks Pulse Link” page contains your Name that you registered with us as well as your username and your B/S rating. The page also contains the number of Pulses that you have sent as well as the number of 'buy' and 'sell' sentiments you have placed. Your “My Public SpeculatingStocks Pulse Link” page also contains who you are following as well as who is following you and the stock symbols that you are following. Contained in this page is also how many times you have bought or sold a Pulse. Your “My Public SpeculatingStocks Pulse Link” page also contains information about you such as your bio, website and market cap preference as well as SpecStream components you are following and Investment Sites You Visit (if you opt to enter it in Settings). If you wish to share information within SpeculatingStocks Pulse, you can “Send a Pulse” by clicking the clickable graphic at the left side menu within Pulse or by entering it within a white input space box at the top of a stream and pressing “Pulse” within a stream area.  After a “Pulse” is created it goes live within the “PulseStream” and “UserStream” and other streams across SpeculatingStocks Pulse. The Pulse you created will also show in “My Pulse Home” and you are able to delete the “Pulse” by clicking the black x at the top right of the “Pulse” box of the “Pulse” you created.
