Pittsburgh, PA (SpeculatingStocks) - it looks like the market has another good chance of seeing another day of gains with futures deeply into the green with the DOW up 85, NASDAQ up 20.75 and S&P up 8.50. Implied open is even higher than the current futures for each exchange.

The market has been on quite a roll finishing higher 5 of the last 6 trading days and with volatility at low levels currently. However, this can be deceiving as we address in an article earlier today titled "Volatility Is Key Indicator Now".

Exchanges are not overbought yet, but they are getting close to being at overbought levels. The NASDAQ is at an RSI of 68.69 with 70 being overbought. The S&P is at an RSI of 67.94. Today will be a pivotal day as well as into tomorrow. It would not be surprising to see the market close in the green today and open up green tomorrow as well and downturn tomorrow afternoon as stocks become too extended. Watch to see if the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSE:SPY) becomes overbought.

Overseas markets have been mixed overnight with the Nikkei finishing lower as well as the Shanghai exchange closing down with Europe up so far today.
