Hybrid Technologies, Inc. is an emerging leader in the development and marketing of Lithium powered products worldwide. The company is applying the Lithium technology to products that are in wide-spread global use. Everything from cars to police motorcycles to military vehicles have been successfully converted to use Hybrid's lithium technology.

HYBT is on the cutting edge of converting vehicles to alternative energy sources mainly Lithium. This company's engineering force can not be overlooked after all the success they have had with converting gasoline powered products over to lithium. Now it is up to the public to begin accepting Lithium powered products over $3.00 per gallon gasoline.

Hybrid's technology has appeared on Regis and Kelly Daytime Show and CNN's "American Morning." The company even had its first lithium vehicle purchased by Jay Leno.

HYBT shareholders of record on May 31st of this year will receive a 5% stock dividend. Investors are looking for alternative energy stocks and HYBT has some of the best tested lithium technology on the market. We expect them to enter into the sales phase in the near future.

On March 9th, HYBT announced that the company is seeking a listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap.
